How do I place an order? +

Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods and your order will be confirmed by email within minutes.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Can I cancel or modify my order? +

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@trendomly.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and dispatched.

Will I receive an order confirmation? +

Yes β€” as soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States β€” no minimum spend required. Every order ships free, no exceptions.

Where do you ship to? +

We currently ship to all addresses in the United States (including mainland and Northern Ireland) and the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take? +

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I track my order? +

Where available, we'll send you a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.

What if my order is delayed? +

Delays can occasionally occur due to supplier availability, carrier issues, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at Contact@trendomly.com and we'll look into it right away.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return, refund, or exchange.

How do I start a return? +

Email us at Contact@trendomly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2–3 business days with full return instructions and the shipping address.

When will I receive my refund? +

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the returned item reaching our supplier. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Allow a few additional days for your bank to reflect the payment.

What if my item arrived damaged or faulty? +

We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Contact@trendomly.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
