Your Legal Rights

Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it for any reason. Notify us within this period, return the item within 14 days of notification, and we'll issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs, if applicable) to your original payment method within 14 days of the item's return to our supplier.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.

All items purchased at Trendomly β€” including sale items, promotional offers, and clearance products β€” are covered by our 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange. We stand behind every product we sell.

Defective or Damaged Items

If any item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Contact@trendomly.com with your order details and evidence of the issue (e.g. photos). We will review your request and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Our Commitment

Beyond the legal 14-day period, we strive to offer additional flexibility for returns or exchanges whenever possible, subject to our supplier policies. Please contact us to confirm eligibility for your specific order.

How to Return

  1. Email us at Contact@trendomly.com with your order number to request a return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and the shipping address within 2–3 business days.
  3. Securely pack the item, including any return form from your order.
  4. Ship it back as instructed.

For non-faulty returns outside the 14-day legal window, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a refund or replacement and cover return shipping costs where feasible.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the item reaching our supplier. You'll receive an email confirmation once completed. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to reflect the payment.
